#379546 a few weeks ago, we paid $450 for the replacement of a part on our solar hot water tank + life time membership.Two short... weeks later the tank starts playing up again and we are advised to get a whole new tank.#381540 Today we have had a new water tank installed for $3500Only negative response is that I wish we had been advised before to just replace the tank in the first place knowing it was old and previous owners hadn’t kept up with servicing of the tank.All in all the workers on both jobs were very friendly, quick to respond, fast and efficient.Highly recommend service today.read more

Nathan turned up at 7.30 am looked at the problem leaking water from where element is and advised on new heater done quote on the... spot when i agreed to job he ordered new heater delivery and necessary parts. by the time heater arrived old heater was drained of water carpet protection covers put in place. It was the first time I had used this company as I have only recently moved to the area. The call centre person was very kind , helpful and professional all at the same time. The work was completed in a timely fashion and a free review of my property was done(smoke detectors etc) The contractor(John) was not pushy but was very helpful, providing good quotes and time frames, going out of his way to fit in with me. He followed up on parts which were difficult to source and installed them at a time to suit me without the need to wait an extraordinary amount of time. He was professional but down to earth. He respected the property and cleaned up as he went. In my opinion I would not hesitate to recommend this business.read more

The Service Today plumbers (#341173) relocated the gas pipes in my house. A challenging task. The plumber who did the initial... assessment also did the task, along with 2 mates. The plumber really seemed to know what he was doing, as it was not an easy task and it took a very long day. I could sense the great team work between the three men. It was not just assessing and doing the job. There was consultation from off site, to make sure nothing was overlooked. There were later some issues with a neighbour. Tried 3 emergency 24/7 plumbers, no one answered their phone. I wasn't hopeful as Saturday after Christmas but I found Service... Today Sydney who sent someone in the afternoon. Jamie text me what time he was coming and arrived promptly... super friendly, super courteous and spent more than hour at my home. The emergency call out fee and parts would have been on par if I waited for Rheem on Monday as they charged for every 15 mins after call out fee+first 15 mins. After completion of work Jamie did a complimentary check on all my taps. I'm impressed with the fast and efficient service from Service Today Sydney. Jamie deserves a pat on the back as it was 4pm when he arrived and he wasn't meant to be rostered on the Saturday. Great job!read more

Called and within an hour Dylan turned up to my apartment. He was respectful and friendly. He managed to fix the problem in... about 10 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Truly a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend this company and will 100% use again if needed.read more

Job #343703I highly recommend Service Today Plumbing & Electrical. I had a ceiling fan that needed replacing and some other... electrical and plumbing work to be done. The team were exemplary - arrived when they said they would, completed the work to a very high standard (even making sure they cleaned up after themselves) and tried exceedingly hard to get the fan to work. It proved to have a faulty remote but when I got the replacement remote out came another technician to finish the job. I found the entire team very professional and the electricians were highly tenacious. They would not let the problem fan beat them. Well done!!read more
